Revitalizácia verejných priestranstiev v obci Kysucký Lieskovec

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to bring and evaluate management of the village Kysucký Lieskovec in the period from 2008 to 2012 and to find appropriate subsidy to finance a particular investment project with the most suitable designed variant to burden the municipal budget at least in its realization. The work is structured into six chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of the municipality, its scope, members and a clarification of the fundamental concepts relating to the municipalities ´ economy. The second chapter also includes a reference of the municipality means divided into its own and foreign means. The third chapter describes the public spaces and highlights their importance. The fourth chapter deals with the economic analysis of Kysucký Lieskovec. The introduction briefly presents Kysucký Lieskovec from the current point of view and the historical one. It also deals with detailed development, economic evaluation and its indebtedness in the five – year time series. The fifth chapter observes the current state and the public spaces layout with the proposal of its revitalization. It also includes analysis of the options for financing the project public spaces revitalization from currently available financial resources. Consequently the optimal variant for project finance is designed. The conclusion summarizes the results and the recommendations of the thesis.
