Návrh a realizace systému pro ovládání kláves pomocí robotického ramene

Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of a system for controlling keys using an industrial six-axis robot. The issue is first discussed in theory. In addition to knowledge of programming and working with an industrial robot, a basic knowledge of music theory was also required in order to be able to set the time delays and the order of keystrokes correctly. In addition to the KUKA KR3 Agilus industrial robot, this task also implements a programmable controller that communicates with the robot via the PROFINET fieldbus. The user will be able to control the task using buttons and LEDs, which are connected to the PLC as digital inputs and outputs. The resulting laboratory task will serve to popularize robotics, and mainly as a demonstration of the alternative use of the robotic arm. It will be presented in the Smart Factory laboratory in the CPIT TL3 building. After the successful implementation of the entire system, the advantages and disadvantages of this particular solution will be evaluated and theoretical proposals will be made on how to streamline the described system.
