Komparace ženského a mužského fotbalu

Abstract

This dissertation is focused on „Comparison of Women´s and Men´s Football“. The dissertation analyses management and financial resources in two different football clubs, FC Baník Ostrava (women) and FC Hlučín (men) and then compares the found results. The dissertation also proposes recommendations for some possible improvements of the current situation in the set clubs.

First part of the dissertation includes definition of the theoretical bases in relation with management, financial resources, sponsoring and sport marketing in the organization. Next part deals with the analysis of the situation in the above meant clubs using SWOT analysis. In the last part there are summaries of the results of the research, making conclusions and propose suggestions.
