dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje tématu posouzení vlivu výstavby autoservisu na okolní bytovou zástavbu. Základem tohoto posouzení je charakteristika lokality vybrané pro umístění stavby, popis provedení stavby a také informace o použitých opravárenských technologiích. Nezbytnou součástí práce je přehled legislativních zákonů a předpisů platných v dané oblasti. Hlavním cílem práce je na konkrétním příkladu zmapovat možné negativní vlivy stavby autoservisu na okolní bytovou zástavbu od zahájení stavby po vlastní provoz, včetně opatření k zajištění ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců servisu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis dedicated to topic of the influence of car repair shop construction towards the surrounding residential area. The base of this assessment is a characteristic of the locality selected for the location of the construction, description of building construction and also information’s about used repair technologies. Necessary part of the thesis is overview of applicable legislative acts, and regulations valid in this area. The aim of the thesis is to chart a concrete example of possible negative influences related with car repair shop construction towards the surrounding residential area from the start of construction to the actual operation, including measures to health protection of car repair shop employees.en
