Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the position of Wellness & Restaurant U Fandy on the market through of selected strategic analyzes such as PESTE analysis, Porter analysis, VRIO method and SWOT analysis. It also determines what are the competitive advantages of the business and the opportunities which the company should improve. These strategic analyze enable to analyze the company from both the internal and the external environment. On the basis of discovered results it came at a conclusion, that the company is a strong in the gastronomy and hospitality market. The company has a number of strengths compared to competitors, where the key aspect is the reputation and wide range of services provided by the company.
