Teoretické a praktické aspekty zaměstnávání handicapovaných osob v České republice

Abstract

The thesis is focused on employment of persons with disabilities and their position in the labour market. The main aims of theoretical part is description of people with disabilities, to define given types of disability and specify legislation regulations within this issue. A further objective is to define some terms useful into practice such as active labour market policy, protected jobs, the support provided from the state budget. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the particular non-profit organization: Centrum of people with disabilities Zlin, o.p.s. This part is focused on description of organization, analysis regarding employee satisfaction, and propose simplification the forms for the provision of a contribution from the state budget.
