Abstract

This thesis deals with the construction of a residential building in Ostrava - Radvanice on land parcel number 1417, whose owner is a municipality Radvanice. The building is designed as a three-floor, partial basement, covered gable roof. In the basement are suggested four garages for private cars to individual dwelling units and utility room intended for a building administrator. The ground floor is designed as a health and beauty. There is situated hairdresser, solarium and massage parlor. The second and third floors are intended for permanent residence of persons. In each of these floors are designed in two identical housing units 4+1 the size of 285,86 square meters of floor space. Within the project were solved developed construction drawings and part of the Technology in accordance with current standards. Is also an integral part of the implementation of technological regulation Porotherm ceiling and determine the cost of execution of work and timetable of work.
