Provedení analýzy angažovanosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on assessing the level of employee engagement in a selected organization. The theoretical part deals with theoretical insights in the field of engagement. Subsequently, the selected organization, which is the subject of the practical part of the thesis, is introduced. The practical part includes the implementation of a questionnaire survey along with its verbal and graphical evaluation. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews, and an analysis of the organization's internal documents, recommendations are proposed with the aim of improving the current state of engagement within the organization.
