Rozdíly mezi příspěvkovou organizací a veřejnou výzkumnou institucí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment of differences between state budgetary organisation and public research institution. The law form of public research institution replaced the first one with effect from 2007, January, 1st. The differences are shown on the example of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry AS CR, v.v.i. The aim is to evaluate the impact of these changes with the use of available information resources. The main information resources are the law acts 218/2000 Sb., and 341/2005 Sb., and also the annual reports of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry AS CR, v.v.i.
