The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of the rooming house. The design documentation meets the conditions of Decree no. 405/2017 Sb. This Decree amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [2] on construction documentation. The master's thesis contains a technical report, design part, structural calculation of the staircase construction, thermal-technical assessment of the building perimeter, and energy label.
The rooming house has a partial basement and three floors. The foundations of the rooming house are designed as foundation strips. The supporting construction system is longitudinally walled, and the ceiling is assembled with the Porotherm system [3]. The monolithic staircase is made of reinforced concrete, and the roof is a single-skin flat roof.
