Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of real investment. This is the acquisition brush with self-service car wash vacuum cleaner companies BLOK, Ltd. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the description of the methodology of investment decision. The second part deals with the characteristics of and investment evaluation. The third part is to evaluate the economic efficiency of investment. The investment project is compared in terms of various criteria and the result is the determination of options for financing the project. Finally, sensitivity analysis of net present value and sensitivity analysis of net profit in the most effective options for financing.
