The bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the object - Cultural House in Brno. The work is based on a study prepared in the subjects Project I. and Project II. The object is located in the center of the Brno-Útěchov district. It is a free-standing building. The concept was to create a local social building for residents and other nearby city districts. The structural system is made up of a prefabricated column-bearing system based on reinforced concrete footings. The ceiling structure of the first floor above ground consists of spiroll ceiling panels, as well as the ceiling above the second floor, where an extensive vegetation roof is designed. The cultural center consists of two above ground floors and a partial underground floor. The underground floor serves as a warehouse and technical facilities. The dominant feature of the first floor is a large dance hall with an open ceiling, and the second floor serves as a relaxation and refreshment area. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a text and drawing part. The text part is prepared according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of roofs and a static calculation of the load on the base footing
