Abstract
The topic of my bachelor thesis is employing the foreigners in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – employing the persons out of the countries being the members of European Union and countries not being the members of European Union and described conditions connected to these persons stay in the Czech Republic.
The aim of the thesis is to define the fundamental differences in employing the persons from the countries of EU and out of EU. This thesis can serve with the basic information for the employers in the Czech Republic as well as for the persons seeking for job in the CR.
