Abstract

The customers´satisfaction has been for long a key factor to succeed. One of possible ways how to get the information about customers´ opinions and feelings is to analyse their satisfaction. Each copmpany with ambition to improve and meet better customer´s wishes, makes the satisfaction analysis. It is known that to gain and keep long term satisfied customers is more simple and effective than to gain the new ones whose satisfaction is uncertain. It is adventageous to invest in such analysis and in that way to find out the customers´opinion. Publishing House MISE, s.r.o. issuing the magazineProgram, distributed free of charge to inhabitants of Ostrava to their post boxes, has never made such analysis, Therefore it has been feasible to make the analysis for this product and to find out if there is any need to realize changes leading to increase the satisfaction. The goal of this work was to analyse the satisfaction of Ostrava´s inhabitants with the magazine Program, to identify its weaknesses and to suggest measures leading to higher satisfaction of readers. On the basis of the questionnaire, its evaluation and the analysis of the results were suggested the measures which, in case of beeing implemented, could help to increase readers´s satisfaction. At the same time the improvement suggestions have been recommended for the case that the magazíne starts to be sold instead of beeing distributed free of charge.
