Analýza konkurence restaurace

Abstract

Tématem této práce byla analýza konkurence restaurace Monika. Jejím cílem bylo tedy analyzovat konkurenční restaurační zařízení ve spádové oblasti. Pomocí základního souboru byla vybrána všechna restaurační zařízení a výběrovým souborem byly definovány restaurace, které splnily daná kritéria. Při výzkumu byla použita metoda Mystery shopping, kdy Mystery shopper byl sám autor bakalářské práce. V restauraci Monika bylo zjištěno spoustu nedostatků v oblasti interiéru, obsluhy a produktu a také v oblasti platby a provozní doby. Vedení restaurace by mělo vylepšit výše zmíněné problémové oblasti.

The theme of this work was the analysis of the competition of Monika restaurant. Its aim was to analyze the competitive restaurant facilities in the catchment areas. Through the base set, all the restaurant facilities were selected and the restaurants that met the criteria were defined by the selection set. The Mystery Shopping method was used when the Mystery Shopper was the author of a bachelor thesis. The Monika Restaurant has identified a number of inadequacies in the interior, service and product area, as well as payment and operating times. The management of the restaurant should improve the above-mentioned problematic areas.
