Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction execution stage. It concerns a new administrative building located in Havířov. The building is designed as a three-story non-basement structure with a flat roof, formed by a reinforced concrete skeleton with infill masonry. The building serves as a company headquarters with a capacity of 33 people. The thesis is divided into a civil engineering part and a technical building services part specializing in heating. A monobloc air-to-water heat pump with ecological refrigerant is proposed as the main heat source, providing heating for the building, heating of air for the air handling unit, and hot water preparation. The heating system is designed as a low-temperature system using large-area underfloor heating. Hot water preparation is ensured by a charging system in a storage tank with an external plate heat exchanger. The diploma thesis includes a text part and drawing documentation.
