Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and development of execution project documentation for the internal water supply and drainage systems of a new family house in the municipality of Zubří. The project is extended to include the technical solution of a constructed wetland, which serves for the ecological disposal of sewage, as well as a design for rainwater management, including its subsequent accumulation and infiltration within the plot. The thesis is structured into two main sections. The first part focuses on the structural and architectural design of the building, while the second part is dedicated to the detailed design of the sanitary installations. The complete documentation includes a technical report, a drawing part, and necessary technical appendices.
