Abstract

The content of the thesis is to work up constructional technological processes, time frames of the construction and itemized budgets of works of different variants of roofing home for the elderly. Part of my master thesis is project documentation for construction's implementation.

The outcome of this thesis is the comparison of the three variants of the specified object roofing flat roof. The first option is chosen mechanically fastened single-layered roof without walks traffic with the main waterproofing layer of PVC film [18]. As a second option is selected single-layered roof without walking traffic with the main waterproofing layer of PVC, Stabilization is ensured with gravel and concrete paving [18]. The third option is chosen vegetative roof with extensive greenery and the main waterproofing layer consisting of layers of asphalt sheets. Stabilization is provided by glueing [17].
