Optimalizace ochrany zdraví v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The Thesis „Optimization of health protection in industrial company AERO Vodochody a.s.“ collects working processes leading to correct selection of personal protection for employees. The thesis describes how the health & safety is solved within the company and what are the plans for improving awareness of employees about health & safety. There are also separate analyses of working processes in production centres focused on risk factors. Risk factors were assessed according to presented documents on measuring health & safety limits, work classifications and risk assessment. The assessment of current personal protection led to proposals of changes technical parameters of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inseparable parts of the thesis are results of testing PPE and consultation of proposed changes.
