Abstract
In the present diploma thesis is elaborated health and safety while operating semi-automatic welding machines. This thesis deals with selected legislative requirements, description of the selected semi-automatic welding machines and the measures taken, including the assessment of the degree of risk and propose further measures to minimize risks by standardized methods.
