Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define what is the payroll system, but also to specify the payroll system of a specific selected business company. The thesis also defines the basic concepts that are closely related to the term payroll system and that relate to labour relations, wages and other forms of employee remuneration. The thesis also provides various examples related to, for example, the calculation of wages or bonuses and also presents a SWOT analysis related to the payroll system of a selected trading company with a favourable balance sheet.
