Abstract

I focused in elaborating contract documents of building a block of flats in the thesis. Designed block of flats is situated in a house-building in a cadastral unit town Bohumín. Subject of my thesis is compiling a technological plan of accomplishing two options of ceilings in the block of flats. The thesis also contains elaborating of price and technological comparison of two options of ceilings. Constructive part comprises textual and graphical part of documentation. Designed object has a rectangle ground plan with a combination of oblique and flat roofed-over. Carrying walling is fabricated from system POROTHERM. The block of flats is partly cellaring, three-floor with an attic and seven tenements of various areas. There are both housing and non-residential rooms (a basement and an attic) situated in designed object. An access into flat-building is barrier-free. There is one barrier-free tenement found in the block of flats, which is intended for future occupants of a house with limited ability of movement. Elaboration of my graduation thesis is accomplished in according to valid norms and regulations.
