Geodetické práce a vyhotovení KMD při obnově katastrálního operátu v katastrálním území Dětřichovice

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe preparation of Digitized Cadastral Map (KMD) with renewed cadastre documentation in cadastral area Dětřichovice. The introductory part of the thesis includes explanation of terms “cadastre documentation“ and “geodetic information file“, list of cadastre documentation renewal methods and stages of cadastre documentation recovery by revision. Prior to preparation of cadastre documentation plans, it was necessary to search and survey border signs on the cadastral area territory and search and survey identical points for recalculation of ZPMZ in local coordinate system to S-JTSK system. The thesis gives description of search and survey methods and data processing methods. Further integral part of preparation of KMD plan is specification of coordinates of detailed points and refind grid preparation. The refined grid was used for vectorization of points where coordinates were not either specified by recalculation of ZPMZ in local coordinate system to S-JTSK system or taken from the coordinate register. After preparation of KMD plan, this was checked, plot areas were calculated, and comparative plot arrangement was made.
