Možnosti financování volejbalového klubu

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis called „Funding Opportunities of Volleyball Club” deals with finding out, where volleyball club gains financial resources and what is the participation of each source at total income of the club. There are defined key words, which we with the help of specialized literature explained in the theoretical part. In practical part we described, with the help of SWOT analyses and personal interviews with a manager and with the director, the financial situation of the club. On the base of founded information we found out, that the threat for the club is a big dependence on two main income resources. That is why we devised some changes which would help the club to ensure additional pecuniary resources. There are some complications which were brought by the personal composition and by the juristic form which is not ideal. It´s not possible to influence these factors because of juristic form.
