Abstract

Diploma thesis entitled Implementation of Lean Production Elements in a Selected Company is divided into four main parts. The first part forms characteristics of the enterprise. The second part forms the theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis. The third part is an application of theoretical and methodological knowledge in practise, analysis of space and time utilization workplace. Analysis of the spatial utilization workplace is focused on workplace description and illustration by Spaghetti diagram. Analysis of the time utilization workplace is focused on identification of downtime and overall equipment effectiveness. The aim of the thesis is proposal for the implementation of lean production elements of analyzed workplace.
