The bachelor thesis is focused on sales of ice cream Gelati Onesti. Specifically on sales plan of this company both for the company itself Gelati Onesti and its customers. Research was focused on identifying attitudes and opinions.of respondents on the consumption of ice cream in cafes. based on the results of the research was compiled sales plan for this ice cream.
