Abstract

LYSÍKOVÁ, L.: VILLA ON THE RIVER BANK: Bachelor thesis . Ostrava VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 64 pages, 2022. Supervisor of bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Zdeněk Trefil. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction of the Villa on the river bank in Opava, in the Opava-Kateřinky district. In my designs, I based on a study prepared within the Architecture Design Studio I. and drawing documentation from the subject Architecture Design Studio Va. The two-storey building with a garage is a new building designed for a family of four members. The building is designed to respect the river bank and at the same time provide a view of the Opava river. The main building material is reinforced concrete complemented by internal masonry partitions from Porotherm. Ceiling Board is monolithic reinforced non-spirited concrete. The roof is provided by a flat green roof with an external gravitate drainage.
