Založenie lyžiarskeho klubu

Abstract

Cieľom mojej práce bolo čitateľov oboznámiť s problematikou fungovania športových klubov a problematikou zakladania spoločnosti v neziskovom sektore. Na začiatku práce som sa pokúsila o krátku definíciu lyžovania a zároveň som časťou o histórii lyžovania na Slovensku chcela poukázať na tradíciu tohto športu u nás. V ďalšom texte je objasnená problematika neziskového sektoru a občianskych združení. Taktiež je tu zobrazená problematika financovania občianskych združení a sú aj presne vymedzené možnosti, ako zabezpečiť dostatok finančných prostriedkov na zabezpečenie potrebného vybavenia pre klub. V tejto kapitole je aj krátka charakteristika managementu a marketingu, managerských funkcií v športových podnikoch, marketingového mixu taktiež v športovom odvetví a charakteristika marketingového výskumu potrebného pre účely tejto práce. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá súčasným stavom financovania lyžiarskych klubov, a personálneho zastúpenia v nich. Ďalej sa tu nachádza aj verejný prieskum, uskutočnený v stredisku Vrátna Free Time Zone a zameraný na postoje rodičov v Žiline a blízkom okolí k danej problematike.

The aim of my work was to inform readers about the problems of the existence of sports clubs and about the problems of setting up a company in the nonprofit sector. I tried to work on a short definition of skiing at the beginning of my work and I wanted to highlight the tradition of the sport by a part about the history of skiing in Slovakia. There is explained the problem of nonprofit sector and civil associations below. There is also explained the problem of funding of civil associations and there are defined ways how to ensure an adequate funding to ensure the necessary equipment for the club. There is also a short description of management and marketing, managerial functions in the sports companies, marketing mix also in the sports sector and the characteristics of marketing research necessary for the purposes of this work in this chapter. The second chapter describes the current state of funding of ski clubs, and personal representation in them. There is also a public inquiry in the centre Vratna Free Time Zone and it is aimed at attitudes of parents in Žilina and surroundings on the subject.
