Abstract

In the present work is done streamlining the process of dressing technological quarry Eurovia Jakubčovice. The first section describes the current status dressing process mentioned quarry from extraction through transport itself aggregate treatment. In the next part, the method of reconstruction of technological equipment, in order to achieve the desired goals of this work. The reconstruction technology is designed in stages, which can be implemented separately for each year, depending on how the investment funds will be released. At no stage does not longer than mine shutdown operation is an annual three-month winter. The work deals only with the line No. 1 is not addressed here Line No. 2, it will be operated in the current mode. The proposed technology should simplify the manufacturing process while maintaining an annual production capacity of 1.7 million tons of aggregates dispatched, while substantially reducing production costs.
