Abstract
The goal of this thesis is implemntation of motor control strategies for controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor
based on development kit made by NXP to demonstrate different aspects of various motor control strategies. Thesis starts
with a brief overview of PMSM components and basic principles. Then, different control strategies for alternating current motors are described.
Next chapter is dedicated to description of the used hardware, which is then followed by few chapters describing created system, including implemented
control methods and graphical user interface. In the last chapter, two experiments for demonstrating control methods are presented, which were performed using
created software.
