Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the application of marketing mix of services to selected sports centers in Opava, i.e. AB Squash Centrum and Draps sport bar. The aim of my thesis was to make a research in the field of services which these centres offer, how the clients are satisfied with their services and then to compare these from the point of view of individual service of marketing mix. I Worked using methods of analysis and comparing and questionnaires which were completed by thirty-five respondents in each centre. The first part of my thesis dealt with the problem of marketing mix from theoretical point of view. I described the present condition of the centers in the second part and I analysed individiual centres and made graphs of the results of the centres in percentage. Then I compared the centers. I closed my thesis by suggestions and recommendation to individual centres.
