Návrhy pro zlepšení úrovně BOZP v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení rizik v konkrétním podniku a zlepšení úrovně BOZP prostřednictvím aplikovatelného navrženého opatření. Úvodní část práce je věnována právním předpisům používaných v oblasti BOZP a statistikám úrazovosti v České republice. V praktické části práce je představena společnost a vybraný provoz, na který byl aplikován proces posuzování rizik. Na tuto část navazuje návrh pro zlepšení úrovně BOZP za účelem prevence nehod a pracovních úrazů a návrh praktického nástroje pro školení zaměstnanců. Na závěr práce je provedena kalkulace finančních nákladů potřebných k realizaci navrhnutého opatření.

The thesis is focused on risk assessment in a concrete company and improvement of OSH level through application of the proposed measure from this work. The first part is devoted to legislation used in OSH and accident statistics. The following section introduces the company with which the cooperation on this diploma thesis took place. The next part is focused on risk assessment in selected workplace and in selected activities. This section is followed by a proposal for improving the level of OSH in order to prevent accidents and accidents at work and to design a practical tool for employee training. At the end of this work is made calculation of financial costs needed to realize the proposed measure.
