Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of financial analysis for unnamed company.The analysis is made for a period of time from 2018 to 2021. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concentrates on an analysis of financial statements. The most important are characteristics, analysis and interconnesction of financial statements. The practical part introduces the company XY. After that, there is an explanation of the essence of financial analysis, its sources and characteristic of chosen methods.Then the chosen methods are translated into practice. In the conclusion, there is a comparison of the results from years 2018-2019 and then from 2020-2021.There is also a summary of all monitored periods.Evaulation and expression of recommendations are also included in the conclusion. Its because they can help the company to get to better financial situation.
