Návrh a implementace ESG modelu pro evropské průmyslové podniky

Abstract

This doctoral dissertation presents a comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) evaluation model designed for European industrial enterprises. The proposed model integrates economic, environmental, and social criteria based on the values of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept. Methodologically, it is built upon a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods (PROMETHEE and DCPROMETHEE), efficiency assessment methods (hybrid PROMETHEE-DEA), and tools for analyzing dependencies between criteria (correlation analysis, GAIA analysis, and fuzzy functional dependencies). These approaches enable a detailed evaluation of companies while accounting for interdependencies among criteria and their impact on the final ranking. The model is tested on selected companies from the European paper industry, with the robustness of the results verified through sensitivity analysis.
