Založení a vedení cyklistického týmu

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is a founding and a leadership of a cycling team and with it closely connected a limited liability company dealing with selling bikes and equipment. Theoretical part describes and explains basic terms, it also gives a definition of types of sports organizations and posibilities how to found them, at the same time there was put emphasis on a limited liability company. The ending of this chapter presents research methods, in which belong an analysis of SWOT and a questionarre. Practical part deals with a characteristic of the cycling team Gravity Racing, the way it was founded together with the limited liability company and citizens association, whose commencement was necessary for issueing cycling licences. At the same time it also introduces running and connection of the team with its own company. As well there was acomplished an analysis of SWOT and a questionarre survey focused on the company GRAVITY RACING s.r.o. In the final part of the thesis there is a summary of all pieces of knowledge discovered during drawing up the bachelor thesis and there are also suggestions related to the set theme.
