Abstract

Subject of bachelor thesis is the organization and management of human resources in terms of state administration in the area of tax administration. It focuses on employees in public administration and their rights and obligations. Further deals with personal management in public administration and the methods used here. Characterizes the tax system, a system of tax administration in the Czech republic and their status and competence. Describes the education system of employees and expenses incurred by the employee.
