Návrh a hodnocení výkonnosti učitelů na základní škole

Abstract

An organization achieves its goals only if its employees are loyal to the organization and achieve high performance. Therefore, measuring individual performance is one of the key factors in the success of any organization. This diploma thesis aims to design and evaluate a model of teacher performance at the second stage of primary school. To achieve this goal, evaluation criteria and solution variants based on the competency model were selected. Their evaluation was performed using the AHP method, which is one of the multicriteria analysis methods. The AHP method was applied to find the order of individual teachers according to performance, which was determined by selected criteria. Subsequently, the results were examined in a sensitivity analysis. The use of modern methods to measure performance was successful and met the expectations and goals established at the beginning of this work.
