Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the level of employee engagement in a selected organization. The introductory theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of engagement. Furthermore, the selected organization, which is the subject of study in the practical part of the thesis, is introduced. This is followed by the implementation of a questionnaire survey and its verbal and graphical evaluation. Based on theoretical knowledge, semi-structured interviews, analysis of the company's internal documents and the results of the questionnaire survey, recommendations are proposed to improve the current state of employee engagement in the organization.
