Analýza problematiky a rizik outsourcingu v ústeckém regionu z hlediska společnosti ISS Facility services s.r.o.

Abstract

In the submitted dissertation, the analysis of advantages and risks of outsourcing is elaborated based on a formulation of qualitative and quantitative criteria. In the first part, the principle of outsourcing, primarily the support activities and reasons for its use, is defined. Subsequently the characteristics of activities and offered supporting services of ISS Facility Services Ltd.company is cleared up. In the next part, the problems of using outsourcing from the general standpoint in Facility management is elaborated and then there is explanation of the solution for particular steps during analysis application of Facility Services Ltd. company in Ústi nad Labem region. In the next part is evaluation of advantages and risks of outsourcing and verification of analysis results. In the next part suggestions and recommendations to eliminate risks, improve current condition and how to progress in implementing the resulting decision are elaborated. At the close there are summarized the analysis results, recommendation for possible solution of outsourcing and if the aim of the dissertation was completed.
