Návrh ilustrativního znaleckého posudku z odvětví Bezpečnost práce

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an illustrative expert report based on a model case. The theoretical part addresses issues of occupational safety and health protection and the legislative framework in this area. The chapter on expert activity focuses on defining the terms “expert and expert activity,” the conditions for performing expert work, the legal regulation of expert activity, and the rights and obligations of an expert. Another chapter presents selected methods used in expert examination, and the final chapter evaluates the current state of this field. In the practical part, a comparative analysis was used to evaluate selected expert reports according to established criteria and to compare them with one another. Based on this comparative analysis, an illustrative expert report for a model case was developed, taking into account legislative requirements, professional standards, and the identified shortcomings of the evaluated expert reports.
