RESUME SUPPORT FOR DISADVANTAGED GROUPS IN THE ZLÍN LABOUR MARKET THROUGH THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND EMPLOYMENT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to analyze support for disadvantaged groups in the Zlin labour market through the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme. It discusses in detail regional individual projects focused on employing candidates belonging to disadvantaged groups. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the implementation of policy of economical and social unity of the EU in period of time 2007 – 2013 by the Labour office in Vsetín on analysis of regional individual projects. Second part is focused on the theoretical background of policy of economical and social unity of the EU in the current period of time and employment in the EU. The third part discusses Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment as the crucial tool for employment support in the Czech Republic. In the forth following part attention is paid to the usage of financial resources of one analyzed operational programme in Zlin region through Labour office in Vsetin. In addition, it is also focused on socio-economical analysis of Zlin region. In Ostrava, 16th April 2012
