dc.description.abstractThe thesis introduces into the problems of ice rescue through the use of wetsuits and basic technical equipment of Fire Departments. Overview of ice rescue principal techniques with emphasis on the rescuer safety. The thesis contains the analysis of the trainings of the Integrated Rescue System units in the Czech Republic and the statistics of performed rescues.en
