Vzdělávání a rozvoj rozhodčích českého krasobruslení

Abstract

The point of my work is to analyze the methods of education and its level and development of the referees. I would also like to point out the opinions of other people about our system of decisions-making. The most important aim is to give tips and recommendations that could help with improvement of referee’s education. My graduation work is divided into three parts. I specified basic definitions of the educational system and the methods in the first chapter. I used technical literature. I added the history of figure-skating, the figure skating organizations and also the assessment of my investigation into second chapter. The third chapter is focused on suggestions and recommendations related with chosen topic. I believe my written work could be helpful not only for Czech figure-skating union in their referee education but also for another people or organisations engaged in people’s education.
