Abstract

The target of this bachelor thesis entitled "Analysis of the company" was the company SALON BELLA s.r.o. from the perspective of the external environment to be analyzed. It was used PEST analysis and the analysis of "4C". For the analysis of sector environment the analysis of the resources was used. At the end of the practical part of this work was prepared SWOT analysis of the company BELLA SALON, which is a combination of internal and external analysis. The target was, therefore, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks in the company to recognize and propose appropriate measures to correct weaknesses and strengthen the strong side of the company because the management of the company is thinking about a transplantation from the town of Opava in the center of Ostrava.
