Hospodaření obecně prospěšné společnosti provozující sociální služby

Abstract

The object of this work is the management of a public benefit organisation providing social services. In the first part of the work, there is clarified the term social service, its functions and the legal forms of the organisations that provide the social services. Another part is about the principles of running a public benefit organisation and the necessity of multi-source funding of their activities. By analysing the management of a chosen non-profit organization PONTIS Šumperk o.p.s., as a provider of a wide spectrum of social services in the city Šumperk, and by a consequent evaluation of the management during the observed years 2006 - 2010 with a method of comparison is achieved the goal to find out, whether the sources of this organisation are balanced and stable.
