Ocenění společnosti Třinecké železárny, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Třinecké železárny, a.s. k datu 1. 1. 2014. Diplomovou práci je možné rozdělit na dvě hlavní části a to metodickou a aplikační. První část je zaměřena na teorii nezbytnou k aplikační části. Ve druhé části bude popsána oceňována společnost a následně je vypočtena finanční a strategická analýza. Jako shrnutí strategické a finanční analýzy je vytvořena SWOT analýza. Dále je uvedeno ocenění společnosti dvoufázovými výnosovými metodami DCF – Entity a EVA –Entity a je provedena analýza citlivosti.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Třinecké Železárny a.s. (Inc.) as of January 1, 2014. The thesis is to be divided into two main parts, methodology and application. The first part focuses on the theory, which is necessary for the application section. The second part includes the description of the valuation company and is followed by the calculation of the financial and strategic analysis. The summary of the financial and strategic analysis is created by the SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the valuation of the company is indicated using a two-step earning methods, the DCF – Entity and EVA – Entity. The sensitivity analysis has also been conducted.
