Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the design of a low-energy residential building and the technological procedure for the implementation of foundation constructions. This is an apartment house with five floors and one underground. The building section also contains accompanying and technical reports. Part of the technological process for realization of the foundation structures is the schedule of work progress for the technological phase "Fundamentals" and the itemized budget of the technological phase "Fundamentals".
