Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of financial performance of the company making use of Economic Value Added. It is an economic indicator that is determined based on a narrowed values spread and in its calculation is worked with the yield on equity capital. Pyramid decomposition of Economic Value Added as the top indicator is created in the thesis. Decomposition is performed to assess the effects of sub-indicators on the top indicator.
