Abstract
In my thesis I have mainly focused on specific pension products offered by the financial market in the Czech Republic. First, however, I worked out the theoretical details of the actual functioning of the pension scheme and to clarify my notions on this issue. This chapter could therefore be the basis for people who are interested in concluding an agreement on supplementary pension insurance and want to know the basic concepts with which to meet in this case and their rights and obligations in the contract. For potential clients, pension schemes could also be beneficial in the following chapter, which relates to pension funds operating in our territory. The most crucial information in this part of my work is for the majority of pension schemes will undoubtedly assess their invested funds. Importantly, of course is however, the portfolio composition of each fund and therefore it´s investment strategy, which is the vast majority of these conservative societies. At the end of this chapter, I compared all the funds on the basis of three criterias, and I verbally interpreted this comparison. Than I focused on a specific menu of pension funds. I created a model examples of what might be a course of saving and the resulting amount saved. I started taking the average revenue for each fund over the last ten years. The original aim of my thesis was to choose the best product. During the processing of the topic, I found that objectively select the best fund is completely impossible. Each has its pros and cons. And each party prefers something else. So I mentioned those in some respects surpass others and therefore worth the attention.
