Vznik, odstranění nelegálních skládek ve správním obvodu města Louny a jejich postih

Abstract

This Master's degree thesis contains the analysis of the system of waste management in the legal framework of the Czech republic. It also deals with concrete way of waste treatment in administrative district of the town of Louny. The thesis elaborates actual problems of illegal dumpings of waste including possible reasons of their emergence and including their occurrence. The author examines and subsequently suggests suitable ways of removing of illegal dumpings and provides new forms of usage of the places where they set in. Important part of the thesis is concerned with the topic of the largest illegal dumping in the district of the town of Louny – in the village of Libčeves – including its origin and ensuing removal. With the area of illegal dumpings are closely connected sanctions imposed by. Finally the author deals with actions available in order to prevent the origin of illegal dumpings as the best way of the solution of this problem and also considers the economic aspect of the removal of illegal dumpings.
